Our Ministry of Tourism recognition

Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd. is recognised by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India as an Inbound Tour Operator (Experienced) under the National Integrated Database of Hospitality Industry (NIDHI), NIDHI ID EDL000392, Certificate 190820242282, valid to 18 August 2029.

This is a recognition of the company as an inbound tour operator. It is not a government approval, authorisation, endorsement or licence of any particular tour, price or service, and it does not make the company an agent of the Government of India. The recognition relates to inbound tour operation — that is, arranging travel into India. It does not extend to the outbound international packages also offered on this website.

Our role, and the role of suppliers

We plan itineraries and arrange travel services. Many of those services — accommodation, transport, guiding, activities, safaris, rail and air travel — are provided by independent suppliers who operate under their own terms and conditions. Where we arrange a service supplied by a third party, that supplier is responsible for actually providing it.

The luxury train journeys described on this website — including Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Maharajas' Express, Deccan Odyssey and The Golden Chariot — are owned and operated by Indian Railways, IRCTC and the respective state tourism development corporations. Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd. arranges and books these journeys for its customers. It does not own, operate or control them, and the names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Accuracy of the information here

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Even so:

• Itineraries shown are sample itineraries. They illustrate what a tour can include and are adjusted to your dates, interests and the availability of services at the time of booking.
• Availability, timings, opening days and journey durations change. Monuments and parks close on particular days and for maintenance or events.

• Prices are not published on this website. Pricing is quoted for your specific itinerary and dates, and can change until a booking is confirmed.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visa, and any permits, vaccinations or health documentation required for your journey. Requirements vary by nationality and change from time to time, and only the relevant embassy, consulate or government authority can confirm what applies to you. Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd. does not provide visa services and does not advise on visa eligibility.

We recommend arranging travel insurance covering cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses and personal belongings. We do not sell insurance.
